    摘要:

    针对弹药可能会受到多发破片的撞击作用影响,对单个和多个破片撞击带壳装药的侵彻效果进行仿真。 运用Autodyn-3D 软件建立有限元模型,模拟不同形状的单破片及双破片撞击带壳装药、冲击起爆夹层炸药的过程, 计算其撞击带壳装药的阈值速度,并分析两破片不同间距对冲击带壳装药响应程度的影响,得出不同情况下冲击起 爆带壳装药的阈值速度和变化规律。结果表明:直径、阈值速度和双破片的间距对带壳装药的冲击起爆有一定的影 响,随着间距的增大,压力峰值减小,衰减变快。

    Abstract:

    Because the ammunition may be affected by the impact of multiple fragments, the penetration effect of single and multiple fragments impacting the shell charge. The finite element model is simulated by AutoDyn-3D. The process on different shapes single fragment and double fragments impacted the shelled explosive and shock detonation were simulated, calculated the threshold speed of impacting shelled explosive, and analyzed the impact of different gap on shock detonation. The threshold speed and the change rule of the detonating with shelled explosive under different conditions were obtained. The results show that the diameter, the threshold speed and the distance between the two fragments have a certain effect on the impact initiation of the shelled explosive. As the spacing increases, the pressure peak decreases and the attenuation becomes faster.
