Abstract:The traditional remaining life prediction fails to directly consider the impact of environmental stress on life, the proportional hazard mode for remaining life prediction is proposed. Based on proportional hazard mode, use the Weibull distribution as the baseline failure function, the environmental stress as the covariate, establish proportional hazard model. Uses the historical life data of similar equipment to estimate the model parameters, the feasibility of the model is verified by simulation example. The simulation results show that the model can improve the accuracy of the remaining life prediction.
