The effectiveness index system of the equipment for special sabotage operations has the characteristics of various types of middle-level and low-level indexes, uncertain information probability and requirement of expert involvement. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation, based on establishment of sabotage operations equipment effectiveness index system, use evidence reasoning method of belief rule base to evaluate the equipment operation effectiveness. Compare with the exercise data, and carry out training optimization on initial rule base by parameter learning. The results show that the method can solve the above problems and make the evaluation process more efficient and the result more accurate.
