The silicon-based mixtures depending on manual production causes problems such as high labor intensity, low production efficiency, harsh production environment and poor production safety, a set of automatic granulation equipment for mixtures was designed for solving those problems. The main technical requirements, mechanical system design and composition of the equipment are introduced. The parameters of operation time and speed are set by PLC and servo system control. The hardware and software of electrical control are designed separately, and verified by actual production. The application results show that the equipment can realize the automatic granulation production of silicon-based mixture, and has high production efficiency.
