To satisfy perforating shaped charge assembly needs, realize the automatic, safe assembly of perforating shaped charge assembly. Based on analysis of the function of process flow, the layout of production line was designed. The overall scheme of perforating shaped charge automatic assembly line was developed and the research was conducted on subsystem.
