    摘要:

    为解决抛防弹做工时,药剂燃烧不充分对飞机挂架产生污染的问题,提出一种装有易燃易爆药剂的封闭 容腔高压充气焊接技术。根据产品工艺需要,结合被焊接产品的实际,通过介绍电阻焊焊接原理和相关方法,对充 气方法、焊接方法以及焊接的强度和安全性进行分析和测试,对高压自动焊接装置进行设计,实现了自动化焊接。 测试结果表明,该技术操作简单、安全可靠、快速高效。

    Abstract:

    To resolve the pollution problems of the aircraft pylon which is caused by the agents combustion insufficient when the throwing bomb working, we provide a closed cavity high pressure gas welding technology with flammable and explosive agents. According to the needs of the product process and the reality of the welded product, the resistance welding principle and the related methods are introduced and the inflation methods, welding methods and welding strength and safety are analyzed and tested. The high pressure automatic welding device is designed to realize automatic welding. The results show that the operation is simple, safe, reliable, fast and efficient.
