    摘要:

    为提高某枪弹装配系统的自动化程度和工作效率,结合控制系统硬件,设计一套基于PLC 的某枪弹装配 系统的控制系统。对装配系统的应用现状进行分析,针对系统自动化程度和工作效率提出改进方案;根据设备调试 和生产需求,分析控制系统需实现的功能;以PLC 作为控制核心,触摸屏作为人机界面,对控制系统硬件部分进行 设计;从总体设计、PLC 程序设计和人机界面设计完成控制系统软件部分的设计。测试结果表明:该系统运行稳定, 枪弹各项参数满足技术指标,系统自动化程度和工作效率得到有效提高。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the automation degree and work efficiency of cartridge assembly system, a set of control system based on PLC was designed by combining with control system hardware. Analyze the application status of cartridge assembly system, and puts forward the improvement plan for the automation degree and work efficiency of the system. Analyze the functions of the control system according to the equipment debugging and production requirements. The hardware part of the control system is designed by taking PLC as the control center and touch screen as human-machine interface. From the overall design, PLC program design and human-machine interface design to complete the control system software design. The test results show that the system running is stable, parameters of cartridge meet the technical indexes, and the automation degree and work efficiency of the system are effectively improved.
