    摘要:

    为提高装备车辆数据记录与存储的功能,设计一种基于云平台的装备车辆信息采集和状态监控系统。基 于传感器与MCU 模块搭建装备车辆状态采集系统,利用云平台对采集系统上传的数据进行存储、融合和预测,结 合历史数据和预测结果,对出现的故障和存在的隐患进行预警,构建PC 端显示软件,利用云平台的数据处理与存 储功能,实现车辆的全维度监测与管理。验证结果表明,该设计可为装备车辆全生命周期的精细化保障和管理提供 解决方案。

    Abstract:

    A kind of equipment vehicle information acquisition and status monitoring system based on cloud platform is designed for improve the function of equipment vehicle data record and storage. Based on the sensor and MCU module, the equipment vehicle status acquisition system is built. The cloud platform is used to store, fuse and forecast the data uploaded from the collection system. Combined with the historical data and prediction results, the vehicle operation status is monitored, and the possible faults and hidden dangers are warned. Establish PC display software, use cloud platform data processing and storage function to realize the vehicle full dimensional monitoring and management. The verification results show that the design provides a systematic solution for the refined support and management of whole life cycle of the equipment vehicle.
