    摘要:

    为揭示枪械击发点火机理,研究枪械击发点火故障机理并提高击发点火可靠性,设计一种枪械击发点火 系统模拟试验装置。通过改变落锤的高度可给测试单元提供不同的击发能量条件,以击针及带底火弹壳为试验对象, 模拟枪械中击发点火系统的装配关系和实际工况。试验结果表明:测试单元与监测单元配合能测试出底火输出火焰 长度、火焰持续时间、压力特征参数等输出特征量,实现对枪械击发点火性能的定量评价。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the firing mechanism of firearms, study the firing failure mechanism of firearms and improve the firing reliability, a simulation test device for firing system of firearms was designed. By changing the height of the drop hammer, different firing energy conditions can be provided for the test unit. Firing pin and cartridge case with primer are used as test objects to simulate the assembly relationship and actual working conditions of the firing system in firearms. The test results show that the test unit and the monitoring unit can test the output characteristic parameters of the primer, such as flame length, flame duration and pressure characteristic parameters, and realize the quantitative evaluation of the firing performance of firearms.
