Abstract:According to the wear fault law of the throttle ring in the recoil mechanism of tank gun, a wear condition evaluation method is proposed. The wear state and non-wear state of the throttle ring in the recoil mechanism of the tank gun were compared and analyzed, and the recoil and counter-recoil parameters of the throttle ring in different wear States were obtained by simulation; the variation law of the characteristic parameters was analyzed and compared to find out the contrast relationship between the wear state of the throttle ring and the counter-recoil parameters, and the characteristic variation law was obtained. The simulation results show that the method lays a foundation for real-time understanding of the technical status of the recoil mechanism.
