In order to improve the development and production capacity of high-tech weapons and equipment in China, the strategic measures of promoting advanced military manufacturing technology abroad are studied. In view of the increasingly complex international security situation and the development needs of national defense science and technology industry, this paper combs and analyses the important strategic measures and related cases of military developed countries such as Europe and the United States to actively promote advanced manufacturing industry and enhance military manufacturing technology capabilities under the industrialization situation. The results show that the research can provide some reference for the development of China’s defense science and technology industry.
