Introduce the orthogonal experiment into the operation and optimization of artillery command training, and combine it with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process in order to find a better combination of training method and operating project, so that the efficacy of artillery command training can be improved. The analyzing result may supply decision-making support to the development of the informatization of artillery command training method.
