Abstract:For met manufacture requirements of automatic logistics control system in different environment, designed automatic logistics control system which taking optimal algorithm as the core. The system consists of PLC, inverter, motor, and transmission belt, by analyzed inverter modeling, established logistics automatic control system, central control system processing analog and proportion control process, compile speed response program segment by PLC program, and solved the phenomenon of jam and seizure caused by many grinding tools, and improved the system efficiency. The analysis results show the system improves response speed, satisfy control performance requirements, and the system is good at improving system efficiency and reducing cost. It has been applied in automatic logistics control line.
