    摘要:

    针对某单兵火箭弹出现弹道炸问题,在分析引信工作原理的基础上,采用仿真分析与实验验证的方法, 研究555 定时自毁控制电路在不稳定供电条件下的输出控制情况。结果表明:涡轮电机在空中会出现停转现象,致 使555 定时器断电;在定时范围内,555 定时器电源提前断电,断电后由储能电容供电,则555 定时器会在断电后 快速提前输出自毁控制信号,且其输出端输出电压也随着增大;采用在555 定时器输出端正接稳压二极管的方法, 可以解决由于555 定时器提前断电致使提前输出起爆控制信号的问题。

    Abstract:

    Focus on solving the problem of ballistic burst of a individual rockets, based on analyzing the working principle of the fuse, using the methods of simulation analysis and experimental verification,the output of the 555 timer self-destruct control circuit under the condition of unstable power supply was studied. The results show that the 555 timer will be power-off, while the turbine generator staling in the air; within the timing range, the power is supplied by an energy storage capacitor after the 555 timer power blackout in advance, the 555 timer will rapidly output the self-destruction control signal after power-off, and the voltage of output terminal increases with the time delay of the power-off. The problem of early output initiating control signal caused by the power-off of 555 timer can be solved by connecting the Zener diode regulator to the output of the 555 timer.
