    摘要:

    为保证储运发箱的经济实用性,对某火箭炮储运发箱结构进行优化设计。在满足设计要求的同时,以削 减质量为目的,选取行军、发射及堆码工况作为典型工况,运用结构优化设计技术在HyperWorks 中研究了储运发箱 模型的最优结构形式、夹板等构件的最优厚度及夹板截面形状,在此基础上完成了储运发箱的优化设计。分析结果 表明:优化设计后的储运发箱满足性能要求,验证了优化设计的可行性,为储运发箱的减重研究提供了一套较为完 整的优化设计方法。相比优化前,优化后储运发箱优化区域质量下降幅度约为20%。

    Abstract:

    For ensuring low cost and efficiency of canister, carry out optimization design for certain type rocket launcher canister. Based on satisfying design requirement, taking loss of weight as target, chose marching, launching and piling as typical working situation, used structure optimal design technology in HyperWorks to research optimal structure of canister model, optimal thickness of working pieces such as clamp plate, and clamp plate cross section shape. Based on this, completed canister optimal design. The analysis results show that the optimal design canister can satisfy performance requirements. It also verifies the feasibility of optimal design, and supplies canister loss weight research with the complete optimal design method. Compared with situation before optimization, the optimal canister weight decreased at the percentage of 20%.
