Abstract:In view of the problems of insufficient bearing capacity and poor climbing performance of the mobile bearing platform, a crawler chassis of mobile bearing platform is designed. Describe the design process of the key components of the chassis mechanical structure in detail, according to the kinematics theory of crawler chassis, the kinematics analysis is carried out on its traction, anti-rollover and climbing performance, and the ADMAS simulation for horizontal bearing capacity and climbing performance is carried out to verify the theoretical calculation data. The results show that the crawler chassis has reliable bearing capacity, good climbing performance, and rapid deployment and can adapt to complex working environment and can be used as a platform for observation, detection and explosion prevention work.
