Abstract:For improving projectile ballistic stability under oblique penetration to multi-layer target, design the multi-layer composite structure warhead. Use ansys/ls-dyna to carry out numerical simulation for composite structure warhead oblique penetration to multi-layer target, and analyze the influence of warhead structure with different material combinations on projectile residual kinetic energy and ballistic stability. The results show that, under 20° striking angle, the multi-layer structure warhead has grinding function. The ballistic stability and quality consumption of two-layer and three-layer warhead are better than standard projectile. The optimal scheme of designed multi-layer structure warhead is two-layer alloy steel structure warhead. The can provide a reference and basis for the design of the warrior warhead and the oblique penetration trajectory analysis of the small-caliber bullet and the multi-layer target.
