Abstract:Aiming at the problem that traditional α β contamination detector design ignore the temperature effect, which lead to the measurement accuracy is influenced by the environment temperature, the equipment can’t meet the requirements in high and low temperature environment. In order to improve the measurement stability in high and low temperature without changing the design principle of the equipment, research the temperature compensation method. By analyze the detection principle of traditional αβ contamination detector, pulse discriminated principle and temperature drift, find out the temperature drift principle and reason, modify the current circuit, and put forward gain compensation and threshold compensation, and verify them by test. The test results show that two methods both have good compensation effects on the problem. Effectively solves the problem of high measurement error in high and low temperature environment. The equipment can meet the requirements of new environmental adaptability, and the measurement error is less than 20% no matter in high or low temperature environment.
