    摘要:

    为解决传统熵值法评价指标赋权时,会出现指标权重过大的问题,引入层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)的赋权方式对熵值法进行改进。对指标差异性系数进行两两对比来求解指标权重,通过实际数据检验,指出传统熵值法的弊端,构造基于信息熵的判断矩阵并求解出指标权重,分别使用传统熵值法和引入AHP的熵值赋权法对武装直升机作战能力的7项指标赋权进行作战效能评估。结果表明:该方法能弥补传统熵值法赋权时单一指标权重可能过大的不足,赋权结果更加合理,武装直升机作战能力随某个指标变化的评估结果也更为准确。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the weight of the index is too large when the traditional entropy method is used to evaluate the evaluation index, and the entropy method is improved by introducing the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Solve the index weighting by comparing the index difference coefficient, point out the shortcoming of traditional entropy method, and establish judgment matrix based on information entropy and resolve index weighting. Separately carry out fight efficiency evaluation for 7 index weighting by using the traditional entropy method and introducing AHP entropy weighting method. The results show that the method can compensate the deficiency of the single index weight may big in the traditional entropy method weighting, and the weighting result is more reasonable, and combat helicopter combat capability evaluation is more accurate with the variation of the index.
