热冲击对钢质药筒力学性能影响分析

For ignoring the influence of temperature on traditional research, this paper study the influence of high-pressure and high-temperature loads on the mechanical properties of welded steel cartridges. Using LS-DYNA software, a simulation model of the welding cartridge was established to analyze the impact of thermal shock on the steel cartridge during projectile launching. The results show that the temperature has a great influence on the residual stress of the cartridge, especially on the cartridge body, and also affects the shell release force, that increased about 16%. The results of this paper have important guiding significance for the steel cartridge case.

    针对传统研究忽略温度影响的问题,研究高压和高温载荷对焊接钢质药筒力学性能的影响。使用LS-DYNA 软件,建立焊接药筒的仿真模型,分析弹丸发射过程中热冲击对钢质药筒的影响。结果表明:温度对药筒残余应力 的影响较大,尤其是对筒体,并对抽壳力也有一定的影响,使抽壳力增大约16%。该研究结果对钢质药筒研究有一 定参考价值。
