    摘要:

    针对某产品金属零部件粘接后出现分离或错位的问题,对所用环氧胶粘剂粘接强度进行研究。采用与产 品材料相同的“金属块-金属块”样件,进行了胶粘剂不同配比、固化温度、表面质量等试验,确认粘接质量的影响 因素包括组份配比、固化时间、粘接面表面质量等。采用精确称量胶液组份、严格控制粘接面质量、确定最短固化 时间、改进余胶的清擦方式等改进措施,改善产品粘接强度。实际应用结果证明:改进措施能提高装配工序的生产 效率,降低废品损失。该工艺可在同类产品质量问题处理、教学研究、科研试制等领域内推广使用。

    Abstract:

    The metal parts of some product became separated or displaced after being adhered. For these problems, we have done some experiments on different component proportion, curing temperature, surface quality by using “metal-metal” samples, which were the same as product material, and found correlations between bonding quality and component proportion, curing time, adhered surface quality and so on. Improve bonding strength by ascertaining glue weight, strictly controlling surface quality, determining the minimum curing time and improving the cleaning method. Application shows that the measures can improve the working efficiency of assembling, and reduce the waste products. This technology can be widely used for dealing with quality problems, teaching research, and scientific research test of the same product field.
