Abstract:In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, the design of the process route during the mass production of the product is analyzed. For the outer cambered surface processing of the limit displacement fixed block, optimize the process route, make the appropriate tooling to ensure the technical requirements of the parts. The comparison of process analysis results shows that this method can effectively shorten the processing cycle, reduce the processing cost, improve the processing efficiency, and provide reference for similar process improvement based on mass production.
