Abstract:In order to study the structural strength problem of a vehicle-mounted howitzer laminates basket structure under typical working conditions, the Ansys Composite Prep-Post software was used to lay the foundation layer and the finite element simulation model was established. The beam element modeling method was used to replace the traditional touch problem solving method. Simulate a sudden stop of the turret after the movement in a certain angle with a greater acceleration, and the stress distribution and deformation angle of the basket are obtained and compared with the experimental data. The results show that the method is very effective in the analysis of the deformation of the material with nonlinear contact problems, and it has a reference function to the finite element analysis of other similar composite structures.
