    摘要:

    舵机是导弹制导与控制系统的重要组成部分。针对导弹在发射筒内时,舵面受发射筒限制,舵面基本不 能转动,传统方法不能实现舵机自检的问题,设计一种新型的舵机自检方法。通过检测并判断无刷直流电机霍尔信 号的相序,舵机控制器控制舵面微动,舵机DSP 内置自检算法,对舵机进行功能检查。笔者选用了霍尔传感器式无 刷直流电机,设计了自检电路和控制算法,通过实验证明可实现舵机在筒内的自检。验证结果表明:该方法可靠、 有效,具有良好的可推广性。

    Abstract:

    Steering engine is an important part of missile guidance and control system. When the missile is in the launcher, rudder is limited by launcher, so rudder can’t rotate. The traditional method cannot realize the steering engine self-checking. Therefore, design a new steering engine self-checking method. The function detection of electric steering engine was achieved by detection and judgment of brushless DC motor’s Hall signal’s phase sequence. The controller of electric steering engine controlled the rudder surface to rotate slightly. The self-checking arithmetic was realized by program in DSP. In the text, Hall sensor brushless DC motor’s style was selected. The self checking circuit and control algorithm were designed. The examples proved that steering engine could be self-checked in the launcher. The method was effective and reliable. The method has good applicability.
