    摘要:

    为提升发射药生产过程的安全性,对其在制造过程中静电产生机理及控制措施进行研究。通过对发射药 制造过程易产生静电的主要工序进行分析,根据发射药制造过程中静电产生的机理,分别提出了控制发射药制造过 程中接触带电、摩擦带电和升温带电的措施,并进行试验验证。结果表明:控制静电产生的主要措施是改变设备表 面的功函数,增加导电剂和环境湿度,减少电荷的迁移和使电荷平衡。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the safety of the propellant production process, the electrostatic generation mechanism and control measures in the propellant production process are studied. Through the analysis of the main processes that are easy to generate static electricity in the of propellant, according to the mechanism of electrostatic generated in the production process of propellant, the measures to control the generation of the electrostatic generation during the production process of propellant are proposed from the aspects of contact charging, friction charging and heating charging, and the test is verified. The results show that the main measures to control the electrostatic generation are to change the work function of the device surface, increase the conductivity and environment humidity, reduce the migration of charge and balance the charge.
