    摘要:

    为解决离散制造业生产现场管理复杂、生产线数字化程度低的问题,对物联网的离散制造过程智能管控 平台进行设计。根据离散行业生产线精益管控的典型需求,通过对实现平台所需各系统的设计和集成,结合生产车 间的执行过程,提出生产过程智能管控平台的实现方案。结果表明:该平台可实现我国离散行业制造生产线的精益 管控,能有效促进制造业的能力提升和转型升级。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve these problems of complex production site management and low digitization degree of production lines in discrete manufacturing industry, the intelligent control platform of discrete manufacturing process in the things was designed. According to the typical requirements of lean management and control of production lines in discrete industries, through the design and integration of various required systems of platform, and in combination with the implementation process of the production workshop, the implementation plan of the intelligent management and control platform of the production process is proposed. The results show that the platform can realize lean management and control of manufacturing lines in China’s discrete industries, and can effectively promote the capacity improvement, transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
