    摘要:

    为促进国内弹药战斗部制造技术发展,对国外弹药战斗部壳体与毁伤元、炸药装药等方面的先进制造技 术现状与发展进行分析。国内需大力发展粉末冶金、快速成形、增材制造、毁伤元精密成形、炸药球形化、真空振 动装药、PBX 炸药浇注固化、双螺杆挤压装药等先进制造技术,并树立大制造理念,同时加强先进制造设备的研发 及应用,以显著提升弹药战斗部的制造质量与智能化制造水平,降低制造时间与制造成本。

    Abstract:

    In order to promote the development of domestic ammunition warhead manufacturing technology, the present situation and development of advanced manufacturing technology of ammunition warhead shell, damage element and explosive charge abroad are analyzed. It is necessary to vigorously develop advanced manufacturing technologies such as powder metallurgy, rapid prototyping, additional material manufacturing, precision forming of damage elements, explosive sphere, vacuum vibration charge, pouring and solidification of PBX explosive, twin screw extrusion charge and so on, and establish the concept of “large-scale manufacturing”. At the same time, the research and development and application of advanced manufacturing equipment should be strengthened so as to significantly improve the manufacturing quality of ammunition warheads and intelligent manufacturing water. It greatly reduces the manufacturing time and cost.
