For improving perforating performance in oil wells, design automatic production equipment for rotating table powder liner. This paper describes the composition of it. By using hydraulic motor and oil servo control system and spinning mechanism design, the machine is capable of realizing accurate feeding by controlling turntable rotating speed, which ensures uniformity of product density and verifies equipment by application. The results show that it realizes full automatic production of powder liner, and improves efficiency and quality.
