In order to solve the problems of dense personnel, high danger, unstable product quality, and difficult data acquisition in the assembly process of digital electronic detonators, an automatic assembly line of digital electronic detonators was developed. The automatic control, information acquisition, on-line detection, group mode welding machine, three-code integration system and other technologies are studied. The results show that the production line can improve the consistency and stability of products, meet the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology guidance, and has good application prospect.
