    摘要:

    针对弹头装配存在的问题,提出一种基于PLC 的弹头自动装配机控制系统。分析弹头装配的现状和存在 的问题,阐述弹头自动装配机的组成和控制系统的功能,设计控制系统的硬件部分,并从专机程序、报警系统、初 始化和自动生产画面4 个方面对控制系统的软件部分进行详细设计。测试结果表明:该系统能实现弹头的自动装配, 提高弹头装配的生产效率和自动化程度。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the existing problems in bullet assembling, an automatic control system based on PLC for bullet assembling was proposed. The existing problems and present situation of bullet assembling were analyzed in this paper, and the composition of bullet assembling machine and the function of control system were described, the hardware part of control system was designed, the software part was designed in detail from 4 aspects including unit program, alarm system, initialization, and automatic production interface. As the test result showed, the control system was able to realize the bullet automatic assembling, which greatly improved the efficiency and the degree of automation.
