    摘要:

    为解决目前国内火工品群模生产中人工离线检测存在的检测不准确、效率低下和安全隐患等问题,提出 一种在线检测技术。将检测基准设计在产品口部,采用基准浮动结构,阐述检测方法的基本原理,给出工作流程, 并辅以试验、数据分析等手段进行验证。结果表明:该技术在满足火工品群模在线检测的前提下,能够实现高危工 位的人机隔离自动化生产,大幅度提高检测精度,改善行业生产现状,具有借鉴和推广意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the inaccuracy, low efficiency and hidden safety problems existing in manual off-line detection in the mass production of pyrotechnics in China, an on-line detection technology is proposed. The test datum was designed in the mouth of the product, the floating structure of the datum was adopted, the basic principle of the test method was expounded, the working process was given, and the test, data analysis and other means were used for verification. The results show that under the premise of satisfying the on-line detection of initiating explosive devices group moulds, this technology can realize the man-machine isolation automation production in high-risk workstations, greatly improve the detection accuracy and improve the production status of the industry, which has reference and promotion significance.
