In order to solve the problem of activating the battery phenomenon during the process of a battery electrostatic sensitivity test, a design idea of preventing electrostatic sensitivity is put forward by referring to the idea of electrostatic protection of electric explosive devices, and determining the cause of electrostatic activation of the battery through fault analysis, test verification, and fault repetition. The results show that the design can effectively solve the activation problem in the electrostatic sensitivity of the batteries.
