Abstract:In order to solve these problems like poor implementation of process, low production efficiency, and high rejection rate, this paper puts forward a strategy for the application of model based 3D visualization assembly technology in normal warhead manufacturing. According to typical manufacturing features in normal warhead manufacturing, it conducts analysis on 3D visualization assembly from aspects of technology design, visual monitoring, and application in workshops, and it also combines with data collection and analysis system to form an effective 3D visual monitoring. The application result shows that the model based 3D visualization assembly technology can provide a reference for the normal warhead manufacturing.
