Abstract:In order to solve the problem of fuzzy factors and random factors in the process of C4ISR system information capability assessment, a cloud model for C4ISR system information capability assessment is constructed. An evaluation index system for the information capability of the C4ISR system is established, combined with the concept of the cloud and the AHP, to calculate the weighted cloud center of gravity vector. The evaluation method based on the normal cloud model is used to evaluate the information processing capability, and verified by examples. The verification results show that the method is simple and feasible, and it combines the fuzziness and randomness in the evaluation process, and realizes the conversion between qualitative and quantitative indicators in the evaluation process.
