Abstract:For solving the low level of intelligent and real-time equipment maintenance support, this paper puts forward the construction of equipment maintenance support assistant decision-making system, which integrates the functions of big data analysis and artificial intelligence prediction. The system architecture design, key points of construction and deployment, organization and application mode were analyzed. According to the use characteristics, the system can be deployed in multiple levels, including integrated data service center, sub center and information station. And the design of the system organization and application mode is carried out. The system can effectively manage and analyze large number of equipment maintenance support information, and provide assistant support for improving equipment management and supporting modernization.
