Abstract:In order to solve the problems of difficulty in taking standard samples and low detection accuracy in explosive moisture detection, the near infrared moisture detection method for explosives is designed. By comparing and analyzing three standard sampling methods, an oven drying method is established. Combined with the principle of near infrared moisture detection, the main factors which affecting the detection accuracy are analyzed, the calibration correction method is established. The experimental results show that the method can achieve high precision detection when the content of explosives is small, and has certain practical reference value.
