For meet the requirements of propellant automatic weighing and loading equipment such as high precision, fast production cycle and low cost, introduce electronic granulation counter in pharmaceutical industry with long application time and mature technology. The counter is used for propellant precise loading, and is cooperated with the high efficiency belt scale as coarse weighting, which combined into a high efficiency, high precision and high compatibility propellant loading technology. The results show that the technology can improve efficiency and precision of weighing and loading machine, and flexible production capacity of automatic production line.
