In view of the shortcomings of the current projectile launch strength calculation, an analysis method based on numerical simulation is proposed. Through the analysis of the application method of mechanical simulation in the process of projectile launch, the establishment of the simulation model of launch strength and the selection of the analysis type are explained by example, and the results of the projectile strength parameters at different times in the process of projectile launch are obtained. The calculated results are basically consistent with the experiments results. The results show that this method can provide a theoretical reference for the study of projectile launch strength.
