    摘要:

    为充分利用飞行大数据实现其数据价值,构建基于多源信息融合的飞行安全评估模型。将飞行过程中全 时空、全方位、全要素数据进行汇聚整合,设计多源异构飞行大数据云平台的逻辑架构;建立基于多源信息融合的 飞行安全评估模型,通过3 层信息融合实现对飞行大数据的深度挖掘分析、融合,识别飞行训练的风险源,确定风 险等级,并将分析结果可视化。该模型可为飞行训练管理、飞行安全评估和风险预警提供辅助决策支持,确保决策 有规律可循,有数据可依,进而提升飞行训练安全管理水平。

    Abstract:

    In order to make full use of flight big data to realize its data value, a flight safety assessment model based on multi-source information fusion is constructed. The data of all time, space, all directions and all elements in the flight process are gathered and integrated, and the logical architecture of multi-source heterogeneous flight big data cloud platform is designed; the flight safety assessment model based on multi-source information fusion is established, and the deep mining analysis and fusion of flight big data are realized through 3-layers information fusion, and the risk sources of flight training are identified, the risk level is determined, and the analysis results are summarized by visualization. The model can provide decision support for flight training management, flight safety assessment and risk early warning, and ensure that the decision-making has rules and data to follow, so as to improve the level of flight training safety management.
