In order to solve the failure in certain type ammunition firing test, we come up with a solution for quality problem. We did macroscopic observation, fracture analysis, metallographic structure detection and chemical composition detection for the bug component wreckage to analyze the reason that caused the test failure. Through troubleshooting and simulation experiment of raw material, technology and production, verified the accuracy of failure positioning and the effectiveness of this method.
