Aimed at the problem of the gun powder chamber parameter measurement without effective method and it’s hard to measure chamber diameter, proposed the method to use laser triangulation method to measure gun powder chamber diameter. Designed the scheme about the measurement system of gun chamber diameter, and analyzed the laser displacement transducer measurement error. This scheme can realize measurement of the powder chamber diameter and lengths, and volume calculation, improve the gun powder parameter measurement precision.
