A kind of multifunctional helmet is described in this paper which includes the structural design, function and implementation. The helmet has a variety of characteristic functions, such as all-weather, many temperature control modes, multiple protections, energy absorption, etc. Further more, the helmet has the characteristic of various working state indication, lighting modes, charging modes and power supply management. The helmet is sample produced though 3D technology. This product achieves the desired results according to the experiments.
