    为了解当前美国海军模拟训练现状和趋势,对其模拟训练系统进行分析。从物理属性和培训内容2个维度对18个海军模拟训练系统进行系统的分析,发现美国海军正在升级现有设备、引进虚拟现实设备,主要用于个人/分队训练;基于分析结果提出合理选择模拟训练系统、增加模拟系统的互操作、改进模拟训练效果评价方式的建议。结果表明,该分析可为我国海军开展模拟训练提供参考。

    Abstract:

    To understand the status and development trend of simulation-based training in the U.S. Navy, the existing simulation training systems are analyzed. Based on the analysis results of 18 naval simulation training systems from physical attributes and training contents, it is found that the U.S. Navy has been upgrading old trainer and introducing virtual equipment for individual/unit training. And some suggestions are put forward—Chinese Navy should use simulation-based training systems based on training objective, increase the interoperation of simulation-based training system, and improve measures of performance in simulation-based training systems. These results can provide reference for simulation-based training in Chinese Navy.
