    摘要:

    针对卫星总装阶段产品3 维模型设计数据种类繁多、迭代频繁,工艺性审查数据专业和种类复杂等设计 工艺性审查难点问题,提出一种基于规则的卫星产品3 维模型设计工艺性审查技术。阐述卫星产品3 维模型设计工 艺性审查业务流程分析、审查规则与属性信息关系建模、设计工艺性审查关键技术实现等内容,设计卫星3 维模型 工艺性审查系统的架构原理和主要功能。结果表明,该技术可实现卫星3 维模型工艺性自动审查和结果可视化。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the difficult problems in the design process review of satellite product 3D model design in the final assembly stage, such as various types of design data, frequent iterations, and complex professional and types of process review data, a rule-based process review technology for satellite product 3D model design was proposed. The business process analysis of satellite product 3D model design process review, the relationship modeling between review rules and attribute information, and the implementation of key technologies of design process review are described, and the architecture principle and main functions of satellite 3D model process review system are designed. The results show that the technology can realize the automatic review of the processability of the satellite 3D model and the visualization of the results.
