Abstract:The traditional network information service quality evaluation model is lack of objectivity, applicability and extensibility. This paper proposes a network information service quality evaluation model based on user information behavior. The establishment of the model is based on the key influencing factors of users’ information behavior. By classifying network information services and analyzing the connotation and influencing factors of users’ information behavior, the main information behavior and quality elements of users in all kinds of network information services are summarized, and the evaluation model is constructed. The key points of application and expansion of the model are described, and the e-government is taken as an example for analysis. The results show that the model can provide reference for network information service quality evaluation.
