    摘要:

    为解决复杂装备拆卸过程中生成并行拆卸序列的问题,采用“模型+算法”的拆卸研究思想,分析装备部 件的装配关系。根据零件爆炸图模型依次形成并导出拆卸混合图模型和拆卸关系矩阵,引入全域搜索因子改进人工 蜂群算法(artificial bee colony algorithm,ABC),应用计算机程序辅助规划并得到了并行拆卸序列。实验结果表明, 该方法对复杂装备不同部件拆卸序列研究具有一定的借鉴价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of generating parallel disassembly sequence in the process of complex equipment disassembly, the disassembly research idea of “model + algorithm” is used to analyze the assembly relationship of equipment components. A disassembly hybrid graph model and a disassembly relation matrix are formed and derived in turn according to the part explosion graph model, and a global search factor is introduced to improve the artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC), and a computer program is used to assist the planning and obtain a parallel disassembly sequence. The experimental results show that the method has a certain reference value for the study of disassembly sequence of different parts of complex equipment.
