大长径比小口径战斗部熔铸装药工艺研究

    摘要:

    针对大长径比小口径战斗部熔铸装药容易出现缩孔的问题,开展装药工艺研究。采用大长径比的圆筒对大长径比小口径战斗部进行等效,提出一种自下而上顺序凝固的熔铸装药工艺方法,并进行仿真计算及装填验证。验证结果表明,该方法能够有效避免装药内部出现缩孔。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of shrinkage cavity in melt-cast charge of small caliber warhead with large length-diameter ratio, the charge technology was studied. The small caliber warhead with large length-diameter ratio was equivalent to the cylinder with large length-diameter ratio, and a casting charge technology with bottom-up sequential solidification was proposed, and the simulation calculation and charging verification were carried out. The verification results show that the method can effectively avoid the shrinkage cavity in the charge.
