    摘要:

    为完成某型特种车辆加电控制系统的离线快速检测维修任务,研制一套检测诊断系统。模拟产生输入分立信号、发送各分系统的故障码,采集输出电压、输出分立信号,以完成加电控制系统的功能检测;在离线状态下复现加电控制系统加断电时序控制、开关控制、状态反馈及状态显示等功能,能自动判定测试结果并给出维修作业指导。实际维修应用结果表明:该系统具有操作简单、智能化程度高、检测诊断快速高效等特点,能完成要求的测试项目,测试结果均达到技术要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to complete the offline rapid detection and maintenance task of a certain type of special vehicle power-on control system, a set of detection and diagnosis system is developed. Simulate the generation of input discrete signals, send the fault code of each subsystem, collect the output voltage and output discrete signals to complete the function detection of the power-on control system. Reproduce the power-on and power-off time sequence control, switch control, state feedback, state display and other functions of the power-on control system in an offline state, automatically determine the test results and give maintenance instructions. The actual maintenance application results show that the system has the characteristics of simple operation, high degree of intelligence, fast and efficient detection and diagnosis, and can complete the required test items, and the test results meet the technical requirements.
