Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, error-prone and improper operation of traditional manual unloading, an efficient and stable unloading workstation should be designed. With the automatic production line of ammunition sealing box as the research object, the clamping mechanism model is built by SolidWorks, the finite element analysis verifies the design rationality, selects profinet communication protocol, and verifies by MIoT.VC Premium 5.4 simulation software. The results show that the workstation meets the relevant standards of sealing unloading and has the ability to complete the task of unloading.
