Abstract:In response to the demands for comprehensive, digital and realistic training systems for fuel handling and loading, a design method for an integrated training-oriented fuel handling and loading simulation platform is proposed. Based on semi-physical simulation and combined with virtual reality technology, a multi-system integration approach is adopted to restore the real operating environment from the perspectives of touch, vision and hearing. The system architecture and layout of the fuel handling and loading simulation platform, as well as the design of each subsystem, are elaborated. Two key technical issues encountered during the development process and their solutions are discussed. Taking a certain nuclear power plant as the application object, the application effect of the fuel handling and loading simulation platform is summarized. The results show that the integrated training-oriented fuel handling and loading simulation platform is highly practical and provides an excellent user experience.
