Abstract:In view of the particularity and sensitivity of nuclear fuel operation, nuclear power plants have more and more stringent requirements on the skill level of nuclear fuel operators and the training effect of refueling skills. According to the need of establishing a comprehensive, digital and real training system for refueling skills, this paper puts forward a design of an integrated simulation platform for refueling training. The platform is based on semi-physical simulation, combined with virtual reality technology, and adopts the way of multi-system combination to restore the real operating environment from the three aspects of touch, vision and hearing. This paper describes the system architecture and layout of the simulation platform, and the design of each subsystem. Two key technical problems encountered in the development process and their solutions are discussed. This paper also summarizes the application effect of the simulation platform of refueling machine used in a nuclear power plant, and draws the conclusion that the simulation platform of refueling machine used in integrated training is a practical and experienced skill training platform.
