    摘要:

    针对装换料技能培训系统全面化、数字化、真实化的需求,提出一种一体化培训用装换料模拟仿真平台设计方法。以半实物仿真为基础,结合虚拟现实技术,采用多系统结合的方式,从触觉、视觉、听觉三方位还原真实的操作环境。阐述装换料仿真平台的系统架构及系统布局、各子系统的设计,并就开发过程中遇到的某两项关键技术问题及其解决方法进行了探讨。以某核电站为应用对象,对装换料机模拟仿真平台的使用效果进行了总结。结果表明:一体化培训用装换料模拟仿真平台实用性强、体验感佳。

    Abstract:

    In response to the demands for comprehensive, digital and realistic training systems for fuel handling and loading, a design method for an integrated training-oriented fuel handling and loading simulation platform is proposed. Based on semi-physical simulation and combined with virtual reality technology, a multi-system integration approach is adopted to restore the real operating environment from the perspectives of touch, vision and hearing. The system architecture and layout of the fuel handling and loading simulation platform, as well as the design of each subsystem, are elaborated. Two key technical issues encountered during the development process and their solutions are discussed. Taking a certain nuclear power plant as the application object, the application effect of the fuel handling and loading simulation platform is summarized. The results show that the integrated training-oriented fuel handling and loading simulation platform is highly practical and provides an excellent user experience.
