    摘要:

    鉴于核燃料操作工作的特殊性和敏感性,核电站对核燃料操作人员的技能水平、对装换料技能培训效果的要求越来越严苛。本文依据建立全面化、数字化、真实化的装换料技能培训系统的需求,提出了一种一体化培训用装换料模拟仿真平台设计。该平台以半实物仿真为基础,结合虚拟现实技术,采用多系统结合的方式,从触觉、视觉、听觉三方位还原真实的操作环境。本文阐述了装换料仿真平台的系统架构及系统布局、各子系统的设计,并就开发过程中遇到的某两项关键技术问题及其解决方法进行了探讨。本文还对以某核电站为应用对象的装换料机模拟仿真平台的使用效果进行了总结,得出一体化培训用装换料模拟仿真平台是一个实用性强、体验感佳的技能培训平台的结论。

    Abstract:

    In view of the particularity and sensitivity of nuclear fuel operation, nuclear power plants have more and more stringent requirements on the skill level of nuclear fuel operators and the training effect of refueling skills. According to the need of establishing a comprehensive, digital and real training system for refueling skills, this paper puts forward a design of an integrated simulation platform for refueling training. The platform is based on semi-physical simulation, combined with virtual reality technology, and adopts the way of multi-system combination to restore the real operating environment from the three aspects of touch, vision and hearing. This paper describes the system architecture and layout of the simulation platform, and the design of each subsystem. Two key technical problems encountered in the development process and their solutions are discussed. This paper also summarizes the application effect of the simulation platform of refueling machine used in a nuclear power plant, and draws the conclusion that the simulation platform of refueling machine used in integrated training is a practical and experienced skill training platform.
